The design for the Lakeshore Garage + Apartment was derived from the needs of the owner and his family.

The family was in need of additional living space, as well as vehicle storage while vacationing at the lake.
Specifically, the large garage was designed to house the family's RV.

The exterior materials were selected to look 'at home' in the rustic, wooded neighborhood, which has a mix of old and new lake houses.

Construction began Summer 2020.
