The site is artificial, presently occupied with a brand new villa in modern
style.
Landscape architecture plan and related elements were designed
using the whole site, according to all Client desires, a very demanding Client from Egyptian descent - canadian citizen, whit many workshops.
All respecting the stringent rules of the Developer.
A new pool has been also designed. 
The soil site required to be ameliorate.
Light soils plus fertilizers and additives were prescribed in the Detailed
Design phase.
A massive clean up operation was paramount for the landscape
areas, after a proper soil analysis was carried out, along with a careful
plant selection with respect to salt and low water tolerance for long term
success.
The project has been built.
