About

In the past four years, I have professionally worked as an Architect on large scale projects and academically as an urban designer on community-oriented projects that tackle critical issues challenging cities in the digital age.

As an Architect, I initially explored the craft of detailing and producing technical drawing sets of commercial projects and later on, was part of a team conceptualizing intriguing urban projects such as a university campus, high rise commercial and residential tower and numerous showrooms. Through this work, I developed skills of managing work on tight deadlines and built communication skills essential to be an effective team member in addition to refining my Architectural sensibilities.

These projects grew my curiosity regarding issues of urban importance and the future of cities leading me to Columbia University to gain a Masters in Urban Design. At Columbia’s urban design studio, I worked towards spatially intervening in the systemic urban processes at work in NYC, created regional strategies for stormwater management in the upper Hudson region and engaged with the global crises of building resiliency to threats presented by climate change and rapid urbanization in Vietnam. In my time here, I inculcated skills for creating compelling urban narratives through visual means and established an intellectual standpoint on critical issues of social equity, diversity and inclusiveness.

Presently, I am looking to work on intriguing Architecture and Urban Design projects that appeal to a larger demographic.
