Othr Space is a boutique interior design studio based in Los Angeles, California. Founder and principal designer Amanda Swain is a Bay Area native, and graduate of Rhode Island School of Design from the department of Interior Architecture. Othr Space Interiors was created from the simple love of collaboration, and the importance of promoting a creative community amongst peers, independent artists, and local designers which speaks directly to Amanda’s roots. Our office offers a unique and contemporary approach to design that focuses on bespoke solutions, creating clean and minimal interiors that don’t shy away from bold moments, and designs that can tell a brand’s story. Othr Space offers a wide range of services including high end commercial, residential, and set design services.

Her background in fine art and sculpture combined with professional experience in architecture allows Amanda to be the creative conduit that connects all parties. This approach enhances overall communication, allows the client to have a deeper understanding of complex drawings, and gives them the reassurance that they always have someone in their corner advocating for the best and most beautiful outcome for their project
