About

Amanda Lombardi graduated Cum Laude from Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Interior Design.

Amanda Lombardi currently has been working in a high end retail firm with a high profile client for the last three years. She has gained proficiency in revit and has been able to oversee and train fellow employees in revit and the client’s needs.

Amanda Lombardi spent seven months interning with Vanessa Deleon Associates; there, she prepared presentations, spoke with vendors on the phone placing orders, visited job sites, and was  featured on Spaces TV.  Her responsibilities includes preparing invoices and budgets, organizing the client’s folders, and organizing the fabric books.

Amanda Lombardi also got a chance to have her own clients under Jared Sherman Epps using Tastemaker for the past year.  To get this clients she had to write a description as to what she design intent was, after winning the bid, she then got to design a mood board showing what she wants the space to look like. After that, she picked out furniture based on the client's budget and style and gave the clients rendered floor plans, elevations and perspective views of what their desired space will look like.  Both the clients and Tastemaker were very happy with the final products.

During high school, Amanda Lombardi gained leadership skills through her work as an assistant coach to two cheerleading teams in her town.  Through her cheerleading training, Amanda Lombardi has learned to be both, a leader and a team player.

After graduating FIT in May of 2014, Amanda started working with Julie Schaffer at Salles Schaffer Architecture.  Being a design assistant to an architect has gave Amanda a lot of experience in the field when it comes to clients, working with vendors, and being a draftsman.

Amanda has gone on to being a Project Architect at two leading retail design firms, TPG Architects and Two One Two Design.

Amanda has future plans on becoming a licensed Architect.

Amanda Lombardi has lived in New York City since 2009 and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.  She has a passion for travel, architecture, photography and would like to visit all the places she has studied.
