After graduation with a both a BA and MA in Architecture, I begin my extended understanding of the built environment by working as a carpenter then general contractor. This developed in design-build company based in Colorado focusing on inspiring designs infused with sustainability and energy efficiency. During this 18 years, skills were honed as lead architect, controller, entrepreneur, contractor and project manager.

A life shift caused a dissolution of the building arm of the company in early 2017 and I have been focused on architecture, design consulting and sustainable architecture since. I regularly work as a freelance architect, passive house consultant as well as produce construction documents for firms across the US.
