We are so inspired by the people we surround ourselves with and we aspire to have the same be true for them. That’s why we work to make the Alo culture authentic to a yoga lifestyle —Our office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Our building was designed by world-renown architect I.M. Pei — there’s plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors.
Alo is not just a brand, but a movement. Alo stands for Air Land Ocean. We care about our world, the people in it and raising the bar on inspiration, intentionality, movement and wellness. We are on the forefront of fashion, design and architecture and we are seeking creative, dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our team.
At Alo Architecture and Design, we are creating retail environments that embody our brand and speak to our core principles. Our stores are our sanctuaries, they are the home for what Alo is and what Alo aspires to be. Our materials are simple, our design aesthetic is modern, clean and elevated and we strive to evoke a feeling of warmth.

Applicants should have a degree in architecture or interior architecture/design from an accredited college, retail experience and working experience in schematic design through construction document phases, consultant coordination and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling programs. Salary is based on experience and abilities.
