This was a Remote job, for a client based in South Africa (name withheld). Project program specified  more than one storey for all buildings, but ceiling heights are above normal. Total floor area over 25,000 sq ft. (2323.4 SM) site area about 87,000 SF.

Main Components: Security building, Dormitories, Classrooms, IT rooms, Science labs,  Library, Support Bldg with  Principal and Vice Principal offices, waiting rooms, Conference room, Meeting rooms, Washrooms, Storerooms,  Cafeteria/Kitchen, Laundry Building, Prayer room/Mosque

Open space:

Soccer field, Multipurpose Play court,  Commons/Green area, Parking, etc.
