Employment

Goldenvoice, Los Angeles, CA, US, Production Manager

Designs site plans for large scale music festivals by creating a base map from surveys, aerial imagery, or GIS data, which is then populated with production elements like stages, audio delay towers, generators, office trailers or containers, perimeter fence lines and gates, bathrooms, concert barricade, tents for shade or food and beverage service, art installations, and other temporary or sometimes permanent infrastructure.

Also responsible for creating 3D models, 3D prints, and renderings of prospective concerts and festivals to help visualize and plan the experience of going to see a musical performance.

After working on the site plans and during the show load-in, the role shifts to coordinating the placement of these elements on site by marking out their location on the ground, then working with a variety of crews and departments to oversee the accuracy of the construction process according to the plans.
