Roles included developing 3D models and plan sets, checking conformance with the local zoning and building codes & project goals, managing and coordinating with design/engineering disciplines, presenting to the public, permit submission, and working directly with the client & local jurisdictions. Provided design, graphic package, animations, documentation, and construction contract administration. Served as the agent of the owner, ensuring completion of projects to specifications.
Flexibility in programs and processes allowed creation of a variety of deliverables and management of project information through all project phases. Created feasibility studies, marketing collateral, presentations, architectural permits, and detailed final construction sets. Worked as an architectural designer and graphics/visualization artist. Generated BIM architectural models using Revit for a range of project typologies including mixed use residential, civic/cultural, and workplace design. Worked on fast paced competitions & select projects from conceptual design into design development, and some construction documents. Created cohesive & compelling visual media from single still renderings, to 360 oculus environments & rendered walk-throughs.
