The area affected by the project. consists of a lot of irregular shape, with a total area of square meters. 18,000.00 square meters, developed longitudinally to the access road "Chayamba Drive" located north of the lot with east - west direction. The area is generally flat with slope rates varying between 3 and 4% and included on the north sides by low density residential buildings, on the south by agricultural areas and west by non-built areas, while on the east side they insist beyond the border a small cluster of one-story houses with an existing built area along the same road. The lot is completely surrounded on a boundary by a solid brick fence with a height of 2.00m. There is a dense tree vegetation along the east - west direction that insists on the northern half of the lot. The area below has a more 'less frequent presence of planting and a more flat elevation. This will be the area where the main building complex will be installed. The lot is currently lacking in primary urbanization works.
