This two renders were made for a sales room of a construction project in Ecuador. Each of the images represent a type of apartment that the project had, to help buyers to understand the layout of the apartments. The construction company asked that both apartments had the same furniture so the buyer could easily compare the two types. The apartments were modeled directly in 3DsMax importing the Apartment plans.
