The student residence project I developed for my degree aims to create a functional, comfortable, and sustainable space for university students, promoting both privacy and social interaction. Located in an urban environment close to the university, the residence is designed to balance private areas, such as rooms with modular furniture, with common spaces that encourage collaboration and relaxation. I used eco-friendly materials and sustainable solutions, such as solar panels and rainwater collection systems, to ensure energy efficiency and environmental respect. Additionally, the space layout maximizes natural lighting and ensures accessibility for all students, fostering a living environment that supports both learning and community life.
