- Working as a Project Manager/ Architect on a small multi-faceted architecture firm with projects including: single family homes, multi-family residences, hotels, restaurants, offices, gymnasiums, commercial spaces, schools,interior renovations, and design-builds.
- Developed strong familiarity with the permitting & design boards process of the City of Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Miami-Dade, and City of Miami.
- As Project Manager/ Architect my tasks included the following:
* Managing timely deliveries in all phases of a project: 1) Program & Analysis 2) Project Planning & Design 3) Project Development & Construction Documents 4) Construction Management.
* Utilizing & preparing project schedules and management plans for client’s an team understanding.
