Environetics NY was contracted to develop Construction Documents and Details for Full Gut Project facing Bryant park for WeWork. 12 Floors of Single Tenant Commercial Work Spaces to be rented. Lower Floor Collaborative areas, Kitchen/Dining. and Lower Floor Cafe. I was not on the furniture and fixture selection team. Previous work also included 8 additional locations similar in nature and construction.
