Alajajian Marcoosi Architects Inc. “AMA” was established with the efforts of founding members, Aram Alajajian and Sako Marcoosi, bringing together their combined experience in the field of architectural and planning services. Since the inception of the firm, it has been the philosophy of partners, Aram and Sako, to engage in all aspects of design and implementation process that the firm has undertaken.

AMA recently completed the Saint Gregory Armenian Catholic Church in Glendale, California. The church was recognized internationally and awarded for its excellent design- Jubilee 2000 Architect’s Award. In 2005, the City of Glendale awarded AMA with the Urban Design Achievement Award, an Award of Excellence in the Institutional Category.
