As an architect and a passionate Sculptor, I strongly believe that it's all about your visualization. Absorbing the things happening around, looking at them with your own perspective and implementing them in your design or anywhere in your day to day life. You have to just be porous. 

All other technical skills which you have are just the TOOL to implement whatever you visualize. But those are the second most impotent things. Without them you can't express yourself.
With 3 yrs. of experience I can manage to do all the things beyond designing which are needed to drive any project. Such as client handling, project management, coordination with different kinds of consultants and people right from ground labor to CEOs., etc.
