Duplex 1200 located on the top of the mountain in the Sierra building, housing Project. It has a great view of the mountain landscape of the Ecuadorian highlands.
Its main attraction is the double height of the living room, and the challenge is to characterize each space despite being one and continuous.
From the entrance a reception targets a small lobby, prior to the dining area and kitchen. A wooden screen designed divides the family room of the main dining room, keeping this formal area.
On the rooftop terrace there is a pergola for outdoor living area, along with a decking and BRQ space for the social area, space that the family enjoys the majestic view.
