Complete renovation of the 2nd floor west wing: pre-op, recovery, waiting rooms, offices, nurses stations, corridors, and 5 east: existing 41 beds with 9 triplets and 14 singles to 33 beds with 15 singles, 9 double and no singles;existing conditions, schematic design, design development, construction documents, RCP coordination with engineering team, and finishes throughout 4 work phases. New millwork for nurses station on 4th and 5th floors.
