Nestled in an 800 sq.ft. space, the entryway to the project was setback into a patio, drawing an escape from the window with a zero-setback streetscape. The patio walls are paneled with Baltic-Birch wooden geometry and a pivoting storefront glass door. The paneling continues into the shoppe, pulling notice to the height and ceiling architecture, compensating for the space’s narrow width. Raw materials and exposed joists surround the interior and a skylight to wash the space with natural light. They streamlined the project delivery method through in-house design and build process structure.
