This two storey apartment is at the centre of Thessaloniki in a very special area right in front of the sea. The client wanted to divide this maisonette into two in order to bring her mother to live with her but still have some privacy. The budget was tight and the wanted with little to make a difference.

At the end due to budget they decided to leave it as it is so it was never realized.
