About

As Communications Manager, I am responsible for writing and producing a quarterly technical journal on a variety of topics related to the building envelope. I develop articles for trade publications and reach out to editors to identify opportunities for collaboration. I also coordinate the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms.

As new regulations and industry developments arise, I prepare informational bulletins and press releases alerting building owners and managers to changes that could impact rehabilitation projects and operations. I am also responsible for preparing materials for award submissions, including design and preservation project awards and recognition of the firm's professionals.

As part of Hoffmann Architects' educational outreach, I develop presentations on topics of interest to building owners and design professionals, including material for the firm's course offerings at New York University and at private corporations.

In addition, I provide writing support to the technical staff, including creating the Employee Handbook and Technology Standards Manual, drafting letters of recommendation, creating cover letters, editing and revising reports, and writing promotional material.
