I am a Spanish qualified architect with over 10 years of experience working in London (UK), currently working in New York.
During my career I had the opportunity to work on a broad range of new built and refurbishment projects across all tenures from affordable housing blocks to super-prime developments; with experience in delivering complex schemes, providing quality information to inform design decisions and project coordination through to completion stage, including substantial site experience.

I moved to NYC and started working in SKAPC as Production Manager assisting the Studio Head on the design stages, and overseeing the office projects through the delivery of the construction documents, bidding and construction administration.

I relocated to Ryder Architecture to lead the Technical Design of projects
across different sectors and scale. Founded in 1953, Ryder had over 10
years experience in delivering projects with Revit.
My main focus was on the delivery of an ‘over 55s’ residential building
beside Lords Cricket Ground in St. John Wood, London. Working closely
with the developer and contractor to find efficiencies in the design to
maximise the number of homes delivered without compromising the quality
of the design expected in one of Westminster Conservation Areas.

I joined Conran and Partners to strengthen the growing architectural team
working beside the more establish interiors team within the office.
Involved in the construction stage of the iconic Centre Point Tower from the
stripping out and demolition works to the last few finishing details inside the
luxury apartments.
The refurbishment of the Grade II 34 storey tower from its original office
use to provide 82 high-end apartments, including two amenity floors
comprising a swimming pool, gym, club and a service kitchen to enhance
the residents experience.

Since joining Formation Architects, I focused on the implementation side
of design, leading different projects from design concept through to built
realisation.
My main role was focused on delivering a range of residential projects
conceived within the office to the highest standard while helping the clients
to keep projects within programme and budget.

I started working as an Architectural Designer in The Kalyvides Partnership
in September 2007 and became an Associate a year after in September
2008.
My role within the practice involved managing a young and enthusiastic
architectural team, working for the contractor as the lead consultant
in various schemes, including a 16 storey mixed use building within
Paddington Basin masterplan comprising 197 apartments and office space.
