We got to finish the year with a fun garage to ADU conversion.

Our clients approached us about turning their existing
garage into a pool house. They wanted two main things: to be able to see
through to the backyard and a roof that’s optimized for a Tesla Solar
Roof. To achieve this, the ridge of the main roof runs north-south for all day
solar exposure while opening up the south-west corner of the ADU. The
roof also features a dramatic overhang that shades the windows from the
hot summer months.
