Developed a new improved method of shipping package, which is being currently used in the export locomotives for Arcelormittal Mines Canada (SD70Ace) and Eldorado(sd70Ace/45).
Worked with Engineers to develop a new cast Draw Bar for Indonesia GT46AC per customer request.

Go-Kart Senior Design Project
■ Researched for the parts needed to built a Go-Kart including; Steel for the frame, Engine, Drive system, Brake types and Steering to fit in our team budget.
■ Designed the Proto-type of Go-Kart in 3D Solid Works.
■ Wrote a step by step manual of process and estimated time to build the product in shop to meet management-set quality, performance and functional criteria.
■ Assigned the jobs to individual team members.
■ Tested the final product on a track.
■ Noted the max speed of about 32 MPH.
■ Video Presentation of the whole process from day first to day end.
