Adin Rimland is an architectural designer, artist and fabricator from New York City. Currently, he is living and working in Los Angeles.
He has held positions in New York, as well as Los Angeles:
At the moment, he is a Junior Designer at P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S under the guidance of Marcelo Spina and Georgina Huljich.
Previous to this position, he served as Visiting Assistant Professor to Bill Menking and Dagmar Richter at Pratt Institute, offering extensive design and representational critique to a 400 level undergraduate design studio.
In 2018, he graduated from Pratt Institute, receiving a Bachelors of Architecture. He won Best Thesis Project; the recipient of the 'Lee & Norman Rosenfeld Award'. While studying in Pratt Institute, eight of ten design projects chosen as best-of-studio and are currently held in Pratt Institute’s Architecture Archives. He was selected for the Distinguished Projects 401 Review in the Fall 2016 Semester as one of five out of over 140 students. He received backing from 3 merit-based scholarship and has won numerous awards in my school for various drawing competitions.
Adin has worked as Fabrication Technician in Pratt Institute for 4 years operating extensively with Laser cutters/ CNC Milling/ 3D Powder Printer/ all manners of wood equipment

Also planning/leading immersive guided tours throughout Berlin, acquainting the students with Berlin’s historical context and approach to cultural engagement and public space.

Exploring material options, meeting with fabricators and contractors in order to create custom installations for prefabricated interior project.
