About

I have focused my career on the idea that architecture is an instrument for social change, and am inspired to create architecture that activates the relationships between built space, people, community and local ecology.

I am a licensed architect with fifteen years of experience, including a decade leading projects in all phases. I've run a solo practice under the name Rekstur since 2011 with a focus on single family residential projects in NYC, NJ and upstate NY. I work one-on-one with clients, contractors, and consultants to produce thoughtful forward-thinking architecture.

Early in my career worked for three internationally recognized architecture firms, Mathias Klotz Arquitectos, LOT-EK, and Terreform. These offices strengthened my skill set for communication and fast-pace production in a demanding project environment that requires strong visual communication and graphic expertise.
