An entry to the Timber in the City competion with a site located in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, the intent of the project was to explore innovative timber construction concepts to push for a revision of outdated codes in New York and countrywide which currently restrict the use of timber as the primary structural element.
