Ackert Architecture is a New York based design studio founded in 2000 by Kimberly A. Ackert, Design Principal. Through her work with natural day light, Kimberly's practice is committed to the ideals set forth in the "Deep Ecology Movement" or eco-sophy started by the philosopher Arne Naess in the early 1970's. which promoted ecological harmony and equilibrium.
