As a Project Manager, Aditya is responsible for design and coordination. He provides leadership to project staff to reach their goals. Aditya works closely with the Owner, Owner’s Representative, Engineers and Contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He closely monitors the design, drafting, BIM, submittals, RFIs and closeout schedules. He is very effective with managing the office’s design standards on a multitude of software. Aditya actively participates in team meetings with all parties involved. He reviews drawings and creates renderings for the office’s marketing efforts. Aditya is experienced with design services, including developing the project from the conceptual stage up to the closeout stage. He has excellent Revit and AutoCad skills and can translate various 3d models into beautiful renders. He participates in interviews for new projects. Aditya’s professional skills have lead to repeat projects with important Clients and Owner’s Representatives.

VERSATILITY IN ARCHITECTURE

Aditya has worked on multiple typologies of Architecture which has enabled him to pull elements from different programs and modify them to fit each individual proposal uniquely. Almost all projects evolve over their life times. As a designer Aditya has the ability to change course along with the project ensuring that all issues are overcome quickly and with competence. He has presented alternate ideas to produce designs that creatively solve problems and look iconic. Aditya has excellent visualization skills ranging from sketching to rendering in software like Revit, Rhinoceros, Vray, Enscape and Lumion. He undertakes a team approach with the Owner’s Representatives, Engineers and Contractors leading to a well thought out design, reduction in the number of change orders, schedule adherence, and more efficient coordination.
