Redefining the skyline of Oshiwara, it is one of the most Well Planned First & Largest Mixed Use Development at ODC.
Design concept:
We believe circulation in any project plays a vital role as it controls the movement of the people throughout the building. Using unidirectional circulation as a key, we have laid down the buildings in a way where both the double height lobbies are placed alongside to create a beautiful and grand drop off point comparatively.
Design features:
We choose comfort over ostentation, hence the layout and flexibility in design of the apartment was guided by the panoramic views that one can experience and enjoy, Since the building is located in such area.
Sunteck 4th Avenue is designed to transcend all trends with Indoor Swimming Pool, café, multipurpose hall and Exquisite Landscaped Garden with Children's Play Area. Every space you tread into; you'll discover the luxuriously heady feeling that comes.
Façade design:
A very seamless façade with vertical fins to increase the verticality of the building corresponding to the layout Also with the large window opening to increase the visibility aspect from every room.
For the podium and Amenity level full height glass windows which matches with the scale of the height and gives the sense of hugeness and increases the visibility and connectivity with the amenity area at amenity level.
Aluminium fins are used for podium and ducts.
Sustainability
The global acceptance of the necessity and importance of energy conservation has given way to the concept of green building which has only started catching up with the builders’ community of our state.
