This is a project I worked on while at WASA/Studio A as part of a team of 2 people . The client was a non profit senior housing organization.  The ground floor consisted of a preschool that opened up into a rear yard, with a separate entrance for the residents. The units themselves consisted of 60 one bedrooms, 7 studios, and 1 two bedroom apartment for the building supervisors.
