The site is located near Connaught place on Barakhamba road in new Delhi, India.
The building sits on the corner plot and acts as a welcome gate for the CP. It has the essence of the Connaught place through optimum use of exposed columns in lower level. It blends in with the other building on the Barakhamba road because of its simple functional cuboidal shape as seen from that very side. It appreciates the contextual Square symmetry and presents itself accordingly.

The building includes 6 level basement parking fully automatic with fout entry/exit points. There are total of 4 eco/green zones at regular interval which also forms a kind of refuge zone. Apart this each floor plate has a semi-covered refuge area on either side of the core i.e. the connecting bridges.
The facade are double skin with calculated shading louvers (verticle/horizontal) to inlet optimum daylight.
