- Assisted in all steps of the design process for multiple luxury residential projects in New York and New Jersey.
- Created spec sheets, contacted vendors and ordered materials for kitchen, bathroom, bar and staircase renovation projects.
- Measured existing homes and aided in creation of as built drawings as well as created construction documents for renovations.
- Designed concept presentations with renderings and ideas and presented them to clients.

- Created numerous conceptual documents for an outdoor activity space in Durham, North Carolina, which included a rock climbing wall, soccer field, water features, a restaurant, and an underground bar.
- Compiled site precedants and material studies along, suggested ideas and unique design solutions for canopies and seating for the outdoor activity space.
- Rendered site plans and sections with materials and textures in Photoshop for an upcoming restaurant in Raleigh to create a more realistic visual for the client.
- Aided in technical AutoCad work for elevations of MKA’s interior walls that focused on renovations of cabinets and shelving. Additionally, compiled documents for the specs of the items needed for renovation.
- Created and organized Site Scaling documents in AutoCad and Illustrator to outline the different sizes of spaces compared to our project sites. This comparative document allows clients to visualize new spaces against existing buildings/infrastructure in the city, that the clients are familiar with.
- Interacted with clients and contractors in person to gather requirements and use cases and created conceptual design documents.
