The project is located in Alicante, coastal population.

We propose a reform of an apartment in front of the promenade.

From the beginning the existing distribution adapts to the needs, so we will keep the layout of the pieces, opening the kitchen to the dinning room to gain breadhth.

Throughout the pavement we differentiate (the lobby, kitchen and the main bathroom) with a special floor, a hydraulic floor that gives character and personality to the house.

And the contrasts with the rest of ceramic pavement, simulating light wood that we will extend also to the twoo terraces.
