LAVIES SILE VILLAS is a villa compound project located in Şile one of the calmest and most beautiful suburbs in Istanbul on the south of the Black Sea. The project has 12 triplex villas, each villa has 2 parking, a garden, and a swimming pool.

The main architectural design idea was to create comfortable spaces with optimal use of the area, so we start the design from the interior spaces as the smallest unit of the project and continue to have the main shape of the villa and the landscape design.

• Each villa has 3 floors includes 
• Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one guest room on the ground floor.
• Master bedroom, master bathroom, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a big terrace on the first floor.
• Turkish bath, hobby room, and cinema in the basement.

We chose to use a simple facade design with a huge glass part to feel openness towards nature and the expansion of interior spaces, the natural stone and the wood with the metal give a sense of the project's harmony with the surrounding nature.
