The corporate offices for Nissan Renault Finance Mexico, in Aguascalientes, Mexico, are the product of a collaboration with Dellekamp Architects.
The architectural proposal is developed on 7,890 m2 of land with a total construction area of 24,800 m2 within the Tecno Parque industrial complex in the city of Aguascalientes.
Incorporating architecture, the fundamental principles of innovation of the Nissan Environment, Life on Board and Dynamic Performances cars, derived in three axes of design and action: a low impact building and great bioclimatic energy development, user experience and efficiency in its use.
The architectural layout sought to create a campus that will have a central square, which in turn will function as a circulation distributor and as a meeting point and community building. To do this, three volumes (two of offices and one of dining room) separated from each other, which gave place to the said square and in turn protected it with the creation of shadow. Also, we included vegetation and water mirrors that help generate a micro climate that provides excellent climatic comfort as a place to stay.
NRFM Nissan seeks to convert the environment into something more than a workspace.
