I am a qualified candidate architect with a master’s degree in Architecture obtained at Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa. I have two and a half years of industry experience, both in an office setting and on remote projects. 

I have a variety of skills and industry exposure, however here are some of the skills I possess:

I have gained extensive exposure in construction sites where I gained experience and understanding of design and construction processes. With the assistance of senior architectural staff, I was able to draught and prepare detailed sets of HOA, construction and council documents and general admin documents. I am well equipped in organizing meetings with clients and project consultants, attending routine site meetings, keeping minutes, and snagging. I am able to liaise with clients and manage their expectations, conceptualize, design and prepare detailed sets of council and construction drawings both remotely and in office settings. Throughout my working experience I enhanced my knowledge, research and application of building codes, schemes and by-laws, which resulted in better design outcomes and smoother council approval processes. 

Overall, I am committed to the industry and the projects being executed, having contributed my skills to various specialized architecture on small, medium, and large scales through both my professional and academic experience. I am open to constructive feedback, and I can work in versatile environments and on several tasks at the same time. I am a creative individual who is also adaptive, analytical, results-oriented, and deadline driven. I am more than capable  working in a team to bridge the gap between the firm and client expectations in order to achieve success in every project performed while maintaining the company’s standard and quality. Additionally, I am a fast-learner who is consistently willing to learn something new.
