1.Chengdu Public Health Clinical Phase III (90,080 ft2 Hospital: Pre-Design, SD, DD, 60%CD)
Site analysis including Revit modeling, solar analysis and data collection. Participate in concept design, massing, floor plans organization and wall section drawings, mainly responsible for elevation design and make commercial rendering in Enscape Revit. Coordinate with HAVC department in Revit to focus on isolation and exhaust systems to meet the specialized negative pressure ward standards for patients with COVID-19. Construction documentation: filing set, DOH filing.
2. Chengdu Tianfu Hospital Expansion (119,194 ft2 Hospital Restoration: SD, DD, CD)
Remodel the existing hospital in Revit (50%). Reorganize building plans for all standard floors(-2F – 4F), from 300 beds to 500 beds, fire escape plans, as well as performing calculations related to building codes and regulations. Create drawings of the underground pipeline layout and drainage slopes, negotiate with the mechanical and electrical equipment teams on equipment floors(-2F & -1F), and assist various leaders in creating reports using drawings.

Assist senior architects to make Rhino models and commercial renderings in Enscape, Vray. Prepare SD and DD documentations: plans, sections, elevations, diagrams in CAD, Adobe Suite. Attend meetings with Shenzhen government and CUHK heads, prepare the presentations.
2.Valley Retreat Renovation of Hotels, Jiyuan: (32,291 ft2 Farmhouses Renovation & Addition: Pre-Design, SD, DD, CD, CA)
Make physical study models (90%). Participate in concept development and mainly responsible for interior design of 30 rooms and other amenities. Make interior renderings (70%) in Vray, Enscape. Go to the site in Jiyuan to assist administrate the structure of courtyard walls masonry construction, roof tiles and timber structures joints, old and new rammed earth textures, steel trusses and timber purlins and rafters structure.
