Because the Tudor street co-housing project was meant to be occupied by retired artists, the concept behind it was derived from minimalistic design. The interior of the co-house acts as more of a canvas on which the residents can create their own original works of art, rather than it being highly customized design. This idea carried through in the rectilinear forms, spaces, and circulation.
