About

Hello, my name is Yin To Wong and I am a 21-year old aspiring architect!

Ever since I was young, I have had a long-standing interest
in design, having the ability to shape the way we live our lives. After
studying at university, I maintain my interest in being able to design and
am very interested in designing environmentally and socially engaging spaces and architecture.

- Independently led the EcoVillage project and Cob Cottage project, performing research and keeping the project manager constantly up-to-date with
weekly developments to produce 3 different designs.
- Designed 6 different parametric structures together with my project manager in Rhinoceros, helping to produce a construction document for the project to be built and used for the 'Chaharshanbe Suri' event.
- Produced a digital drawing and rendering of the design of a musical stage, then utilised Twin Motion to produce a video and Bongo to produce 6 different videos through 2 different projects for public use.

- Led and worked collaboratively with others throughout 2 semesters to complete 20 Rhino models complete with texture mapping, ensuring that file
sizes 200mb+ in Rhinoceros did not affect workflow efficiency.
- Applied modeling, drafting, and texture mapping techniques into Rhino throughout 4 semesters to help produce digital models ready for digital
representation.
- Learned and immediately implemented animation through Bongo 2 in Rhinoceros, helping produce 20 separate fly-through animations of different
spaces, and ensured that learning software would not affect workflow.
- Contributed into a presentation in which we showed our work to 3 different professionals in the field with interest in housing architecture typology,
as well as producing a 5-minute presentation to present to other UROP students.
- Produced a plan, reference drawings, and helped build an 8-part formal model to allow me and my research partner to efficiently complete the construction of the scaled model, ensuring that they are able to come apart and together again whilst highlighting significant moments within the architecture.

the way, ensuring customers are served even during double the concentration of people.
