The exceptional prism-like structure of 62 Buckingham Gate benefitted from a comprehensive package of services from Wintech.
The complex-geometry façade of this new building, situated in Victoria, London, comprises folded planes of triangular as well as quadrilateral glass unitised panels; giving the building its striking appearance.
Wintech had an active involvement throughout the development of the prominent 13-storey office block for clients Land Securities. This included design audits, specification review, on-site inspections and contractor audits. The building stands amongst other dynamic developments in the region which will be mirrored in the highly reflective glass of Selbourne House.
The design concept of this building was conceived by architects Pelli Clarke Pelli and Swanke Hayden & Connell with the main contractor being Sir Robert McAlpine.
