This private townhouse began with the alteration of an existing one story garage, from there two stories were added in matching brick with large openings filled with industrial style windows to reference the commercial past.  The structure was topped off with the zinc clad level housing the master suite.  Throughout the exterior and interior material choices were directly inspired by a hi/low mix of industrial and luxury elements.
