• Attach the main residence to an Accessory Dwelling Unit
• Remodel the interior 2nd floor to include a master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, and office. - Addition of a guest suite
• Addition of a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room to the existing ADU
• Hardscape and Landscape Design - New vertical circulation

Challenges:

• Maintain a rentable ADU
• Work within a 20' x 25' area
