New building on a unusual shaped plot of land "Triangular". The building is a 2 family 4 story residence with a penthouse and commercial space on the ground Floor. This project's main design challenge was that only a small portion of the rear of the building would comply with legal light & air windows. Also due to the non orthogonal shape of the lot, geometries of the spaces had to resolved with utmost care.
