About

About Me:

My name is Victor Perez and I am confident I have the skills necessary to be part of your team. I already am accustomed to working in a design/studio environment due to an intern position I withheld at Page (formerly PageSoutherland Page) in Dallas, TX. I have a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington which I started at the age of 15 in 2007 and completed in 2013. I also have some experience teaching music independently contracted and through brick and mortar schools (vocals, piano, guitar, and basic studio setup/recording)

My previous experience includes (but not limited to):

Architectural drafting/design (Computer aided and by hand), Vignette sketching, crafting physical 3-D models, design board/presentation composition, and also some digital 3-D modeling/rendering. Additionally; I have extensive experience contacting cities/vendors, performing code research and site feasibility assessments particularly as it pertains to Big Box and/or QSR type restaurants. I am also very familiar with logo design and utilizing the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office for other creative projects as needed.

Additionally; in October 2014, I was able to fully design, package, release, and market an original physical music album independently using Adobe Suite and Disc Makers Distribution so; the piano, vocal, guitar, and studio/recording skills were greatly utilized during this time. I am very confident that I can be an integral part of any architectural design or musical organization!

Summary

Attached is my most recent resume and contact information. I bring to the table 15 years of drafting experience, 2 years of teaching/training experience and an eager to learn mentality with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
