- Construction documents and detailing all aspects of the whole project for the construction site in the stage of technical design for two years;
- Development and correction of over 600 manufacturer’s plans of all precast concrete facade elements, such as Balconies, Roof and windows sills;

Revitalization of an Urban area with the creation of 6 commercial buildings
designed together with HWKN-Architecture (New York) and OSA (Germany).
• Key Responsibilities
- Technical documentation, optimization and improvement of construction solutions;
- Prepared 15 blueprints for corporate clients, transforming their ideas into visual reality
- Approvement of the project in the council;
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Designed over 300 facade details that received 100% approval from senior architects,
supervisors, and clients. While designing the facade details at scale 1:20 - 1:5 I could notice
several constructive errors that were not noticed at scale 1:50;
-Due to my team player and communications skills as well as my solid knowledge of BIM I could assist 30% of my colleagues with their questions about the software;
- Reduced by 89% the types of ventilation shafts, which resulted in a reduction in the costs for the builder;
- Supervised and directed a coworker in English to create 75 types of precast balconies.
- I have offered 1-month training to the office assistant to learn how to publish and upload the plans to the server saving about 40h per month for the architecture team;

- Building plans for the Interior Design of a high-End medical clinic (150m²/1.614ft²), produce
specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation;
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Participation in the BIM’s implementation in the office, development of templates,
standards, training coworkers to save more than 30% of the time for the new projects;
- Development all the construction projects of the 2 biggest offices’s projects, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision while in a junior position;
- Designed more than 80 unique pieces of furniture, such as cabinets, entry counters, doors.
