My name is Victor Armas, I'm an Intermediate Architectural Designer. I currently pursuing a Master Degree in Urban Sustainability. I believe that the future of cities are based on a resilience design approach and the redesign of cities infrastructure to support and accommodate renewable energy production. With that saying my passion in Architecture is born from the need to help sustain nature for future generations by implementing innovative design strategies and new technologies to enhance a net zero building design. My experience is based on Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Housing Projects. For such project I was able to participate from the RFP's, schematic design, Zoning & DOB analysis, to Construction Documents production and Construction Administration services. During each phase I was able to learn and gain valuable experience which have allowed me to growth in my office. Similarly, i have taking and overseen complete projects with minimum supervision. Moreover, my current responsibilities are not limited to architectural services, but assist in the office management and project meetings.
