EPPJP (L'Etablissement Public du Palais de Justice de Paris) calls for idea for architectural and urban reflections in order to define the best implementation model of a 100,000 m2 Courthouse in Paris 13st district on the hitorical site of Tolbiac-Hall Freyssinet (ZAC Paris River Gauche)
The project proposes a new urban landscape of water surface and programmatic slope which "hide" and accommodate the legislative system as well as new mixed-use activities (commerce and housing)
These new programs are set along the North-South and East-West axes which associate different urban facilities
