About

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Landscape Architecture in May 2018, and am seeking full-time employment which leverages my academic knowledge, creativity, and work experience.  I am extremely dedicated and motivated, with a creative and problem-solving mindset.  I have three years summer internship experience with a landscape design & build company.  I was also a key member of the design, planning, construction, and installation teams for the University's exhibit at the 2017 & 2018 Philadelphia Flower Show which showcased a wide range of design elements, including hardscapes, sustainability, water pool, native plants, sculptures, woodland landscape, permeable paving, and green infrastructure.

Education

University of Delaware, Newark, DE, US, Bachelors, Landscape Architecture

The University of Delaware's Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture is a professional degree program that includes collaborative industry and campus partnerships, which immersed me in projects that involve entrepreneurship, art and design, leadership, and engineering. Though a small state, Delaware faces a wide range of issues that include water quality, coastal resilience, small town redevelopment, urban and suburban sprawl. Its location in the mid-Atlantic region between major urban centers and rural communities enabled exploration of a variety of design sites and scales. In addition to a very rich academic coursework, I was also very involved in the design, planning, construction, and installation of the University's exhibit at both the 2017 (Holland Blooms) and 2018 (Wonders of Water) Philadelphia Flower Shows, and also in planning UD's Landscape Architecture symposium.
